We provide services including but not limited to Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Performance Marketing, Website Development (Shopify), and Creative Studio services. The specific scope of work for any client will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

All methodologies, proprietary software, templates, and general strategies developed by KartGrowth remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment of service fees, custom deliverables (such as specific ad creatives, logo designs, and website code built specifically for your brand) become the property of the client.
Service fees, billing cycles, and payment structures will be clearly defined in your individual client contract. KartGrowth reserves the right to pause services if invoices remain unpaid past the agreed-upon due dates.
While KartGrowth relies on data-driven strategies to maximize eCommerce growth, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or sales volume, as these depend heavily on market conditions, product quality, and platform algorithms (e.g., Amazon, Meta). KartGrowth shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
